NEW! Acai Breakfast - Botafogo Style

Pour 3.5 Oz of Acai Roots into a blender,
1 banana and a splash of Orange Juice.
Blend until smooth and serve. This is
a vitamin and antioxidant rich healthy
breakfast that will get your day going!

NEW! Acai with Mangos - Prainha Style

Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of Apple juice or Soy milk and 3 ice
cream scoops of frozen mangos (you can use fresh as
well). Blend until smooth and serve topped with granola
and fresh mango slices. You can decorate with other
fruit on top such as strawberries, blueberries and some
honey on top.

Acai Milk Shake - Ipanema Style

Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender,
2 ice cream scoops of vanila ice cream. Add 1/5 cup
of milk. Blend until smooth and serve.

Leblon Style

Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots into a blender,
1 ice cream scoop of yogurt. Add 1/2 cup of Apple
juice or Soy milk, 1 frozen banana and 3 frozen
strawberries. Blend until smooth and serve topped
with granola and bananas slices (fresh).

Brazilian Style

Pour 7 oz. (200g) of Acai Roots into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of soy milk or juice and 1 banana.
Blend until smooth and serve topped
with banana slices and granola.

Acai Smoothie

Blend 7 oz. (200g) of Acai Roots with one cup
of juice or soy milk, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of
strawberries or other fruit and 1/2
cup of ice or yogurt.

Acai Drink - 8 oz.

Blend 3.5 oz. (100g) of Acai Roots with 1 cup
of juice 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 cup of
banana slices or strawberries.
